Hi, I am so glad youβre here!
Hello and welcome! I'm Jade (she/her), I support individuals and folks in relationship in their journey of healing. My own experiences deeply shape how I show up in the therapy space.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, body-based, and attachment-focused framework. I believe in co-creating a secure and nurturing environment where you can explore and reclaim your identity, internal safety, and pleasure.
Drawing from my understanding of the nervous system, I use relational and somatic tools to help you cultivate a sense of internal safety. By reconnecting with our bodies, sensuality, curiosity, and pleasure, we can heal and make space for deeper relationships and experiences.
In my practice, I integrate parts work (Internal Family Systems), attachment-focused therapy (relationship-based!), nervous system regulation, and other body-based and experiential modalities (AEDP, EMDR).
I recognize the interconnectedness between personal experiences and broader societal structures. Systems of marginalization and discrimination, including capitalism, racism, sexism, and homophobia, impact us both individually and collectively. This awareness informs my approach, allowing me to support clients in navigating their stories within the context of larger societal systems.
